  5. I like to write to clear some of the nonsense out of my head. Somehow, putting what you've been thinking down on paper exposes a lot of the inconsistencies and plain lack of logic that's been rummaging around in the old noggin. The motto I'm having chiseled into my tombstone for consideration by future generations: "Most of what we know is wrong."
